Medical Team
Director of Missional Opportunities
Develop short-term medical teams to a specific geographic region of the world, involving spiritual leadership and logistical planning for 6-8 teams per year. We are currently praying for directors for each of these regions: Central America and the Caribbean, South America, Europe,
Africa, and Asia.

Pharmacist
Direct and coordinate the pharmacy department in both the home office as well as our mobile clinic pharmacies on trips, including ordering, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to policy regarding the dispensing of medication and patient safety.
International Teams Coordinator
Administrate and lead short-term teams of volunteers to provide free medical care in developing nations.
Team Operations Coordinator
Organize and lead both MMO and local church volunteers in a mobile clinic setting in developing countries to ensure a safe, efficient work environment and quality of care for each patient. Duties include packing supplies, training teams in specific roles, monitoring patient volume and flow, providing mission reports, and assisting Team Leaders with team logistics in the field.
Clinic Coordinator
Lead and assist volunteer medical professionals in a mobile clinic setting to ensure a safe, efficient work environment, adherence to policy, and quality of care for each patient. Duties include primary care through health assessment of common acute and chronic conditions, dispensing of medication, and assisting Team Leaders with team logistics in the field.
Rearick Surgical Center Administrator
Plan and administrate the surgical services of the Rearick Surgical Center, a two-theater operating room facility in El Progreso, Honduras. Duties include overseeing the activities of staff and volunteers to ensure quality, ethical care for each patient and adherence to policies affecting daily operations.
Optical Team
Optical Coordinator
Lead short-term teams of eyecare professionals and volunteers on short-term trips to developing nations to provide basic vision screening and fit patients with donated lenses. Duties include packing and maintaining supplies, training teams in specific roles, monitoring patient volume and flow, providing mission reports, and assisting Team Leaders with team logistics.
Eyeglass Recycle Program Coordinator
Lead a group of volunteers to collect and process eyeglasses for use in our optical clinic
