How Has God Provided Lately?

How has God provided for you this year?

Stop for a moment and reflect with us this Thanksgiving.

What do you remember? 

Perhaps you're reminded of the people and the opportunities that God brought in 2021–even the miracles!–to provide just what you needed, when you needed it.

Remember Abraham on top of the mountain in Genesis 22? There he stood, probably thinking that he was about to offer up all of his hopes and dreams to God, in a most heartbreaking manner. But he had some measure of faith. Some trust that this Covenant-Making God was also a Covenant-Keeping God.

And on that day, the Covenant Keeper provided a most perfect miracle sacrifice for Abraham. In fact, Abraham would call God, Jehovah-Jireh (The Lord will provide).

Right now, there are people around the world (maybe you) that feel like they are on a sacrificial mountain top and they are waiting the Covenant Keeper to provide.

Provide food for their table.

Provide deliverance from an addiction.

Provide direction about work.

Provide medical help and healing.

We know God will provide for MMO. He knows we need to buy medications and supplies. He knows we need more equipment at the surgical center. He knows about the needs that are still unknown to us! He knows the personnel we need to serve with us full-time, and the team members needed on our short-term trips. And we trust Him. He is our Jehovah-Jireh just like He was for Abraham. He is our Covenant Keeper.

We are so thankful that God uses us at MMO to do His work. Each of our MMO staff members has sacrificed much this past year in answer to His call.
